I am an executive leader with 20+ years of experience leading global design teams for some of the world's most influential brands. I’ve led design for The Home Depot, Cartoon Network, Honeywell, and now Glassdoor—bringing user research, data, strategy and craft together to ship products that transform businesses.

Through my consulting experience, I have also developed strategy for Fortune 500 brands, including Delta Air Lines, IHG, UPS, State Farm, Coca-Cola and others.
